I live out of state but my daughter and granddaughter live in Cocoa. I asked several locals there for a recommendation for the best florist in the area and it was unanimous that Stephanie was the one. I have ordered from her several times and am always touched at the lengths she goes to to provide a beautiful arrangement and a personal touch. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive because I, like all of us, have suffered buyers remorse from that expensive bouquet that turned out nothing like the picture. NOT THIS TIME!! My goodness!
